2019 SVC TechCon Training Seminar

Telemark hosted their annual comprehensive training seminar on their broad portfolio of thin film deposition equipment at the 2019 SVC TechCon in Long Beach, CA.  This year’s training covered a range of topics including electron beam source selection, power supplies, ion sources for ion assisted deposition, cryochiller sizing, quartz and optical deposition controllers, as well as in-situ sheet resistance and ion current monitoring.  The full presentation can be found at: https://telemark.com/wp-content/uploads/2019-Telemark-Training.pdf
