Ordering and Shipping Info


Only certain Telemark products, spare parts and accessories that are displayed at https://telemark.com/shop are available purchase on this website.

All Telemark products, spare parts and accessories are available by calling the Telemark sale department at 360-723-5360 or emailing sales@telemark.com The sales department can provide quotes and sales with payment terms to company purchase orders.

Once you have finished your selection you can view your current order in the Shopping Cart. Here you can also modify order quantities, click the “Update Cart” button to confirm the changes. Once you are satisfied with your order click the “Checkout” button. If this is your first visit to our site, you can enter new login details. If you have already completed the sign-up process you can login with your existing details. Guest checkout is available if you do not wish to make an account, however making a guest account is recommended. On the “Checkout” page enter your name, address, email, shipping type, credit card information and check the “accept the terms & conditions” box. When you are done press the “Place Order” button. You should receive an order conformation email within a few minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Telemark sales department.


Each item listed at https://telemark.com/shop is displayed as either “In Stock” or “Ships in”. The “Ships in” range is an estimated time to ship and varies from days to weeks.


If you don’t see your country on the list in the “ship to” form please contact the Telemark sales department at 360-723-5360 or email sales@telemark.com and we will see if it can be added.


  • You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.
  • You can also log into your account to view the tracking number and status of your order.
  • Shipments to PO boxes will not be deliverable by FedEX.
  • We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.


If your order is made entirely of “In-stock” items, shipped by FedEx Overnight or FedEx International Priority and received by 10:00AM pacific time (17:00 GMT) your order will ship the same day. Telemark will also strive to ship as soon as possible for orders meeting these requirements and placed after 10:00AM pacific time.


Standard shipping items will be shipped within 2 working days once they are available to ship. Telemark strives to ship your order as soon as possible however when more than one item is ordered the longest lead-time item will determine when the order will ship. If your desire to receive a partial shipment contact the Telemark sales department at 360-723-5360 or email sales@telemark.com to make alterative arrangements.


Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.


Products that don’t seem to work the way they should or are defective will gladly be replaced free of charge or you will be offered store credit.


Contact the Telemark sale department at 360-723-5360 or email sales@telemark.com to obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be placed on the outside of the shipping box. Full refunds will be made for any unopened, unused or defective products.
