Telemark presenting at the 2021 SVC Technical Conference
Tom Guppenberger of Telemark will be presenting at the 64th Annual Society of Vacuum Coaters (SVC) Virtual Technical Conference

Tom’s presentation called Innovation in E-Beam Deposition will cover innovations made since the last in-person SVC TechCon, including improved arc-suppression techniques, upgrades to our quartz crystal instrumentation, and upgrades to our ion beam power supplies. Other innovations include a very large (4800 watts) cryochiller, expanded capacity e-beam sources, indexers with more torque with in-pocket confirmation switch, as well as hardened versions of our solid state power supplies.
