Description
Quartz crystal sensor head used with the Telemark 861 Deposition controller and the 851 thickness monitor. Designed to be used with Telemark feedthroughs equipped with UT 1/8″ (3.18mm) compression fitting for easy installation. No welding or brazing required. Welded assemblies are available, contact the factory for your needs.
